Sport science nerds’ appointment
Essentially a private consultation with the sport science nerd. The appointment can be used to work on answering whatever questions or tackling whatever training-related problems you might have. After the appointment you don’t need to keep guessing or pondering what to do and why – the consultation will leave you with clear, actionable answers.
The appointment is a good choice if you want answers to specific (or general) questions, need help in overcoming plateaus in training, want support or help in your coaching work, wish to get clear directions or new ideas for your own training, of if you’re just tired of navigating the endless sea of conflicting information and want some clarity around these things.
As a note: I’m currently not taking on new individual coaching clients, so if you want individualized periodization plans and training programs, this consultation is the way to go! We can use the time to design the best training plan for your current situation. Semi-regular consultations are the closest thing to individualized online coaching I’m currently able to offer.
The appointment is done remotely by Zoom. In case you happen to be in the right part of Finland at the right time, the appointment can also be done face to face.
